Coinbase Wallet not syncing? Safe fix in 3 steps

If your wallet is not behaving, the cause is usually a network mismatch, a stale build, or a pending transaction blocking the nonce. These checks are read-only and take under a minute.

1. Is the wallet on the right network?

A wallet can be connected and still show an empty balance on a different chain. Switch to Ethereum or the chain you use, then refresh.

2. Is a pending transaction blocking the nonce?

A stuck transaction keeps every later transaction queued behind it. Check the activity list; if it is older than 30 minutes, speed it up or cancel it.

If both checks pass and the balance is still missing, verify eligibility on the campaign portal — imported wallet history counts separately.
